HCMP represented cofounders Cal McAllister and Ian Cohen and the Wexley School for Girls LLC in its general business matters since helping them form the company in 2003. Wexley became a high-profile iconic Seattle advertising agency known for development of quirky original ads for clients such as Microsoft, Nike, Seattle Sounders, Darigold, Oberto, Seattle Seahawks and other well-known Northwest companies. When Cal and Ian decided to go in different directions and dissolve the company in 2018, the firm helped them wrap up things related to Wexley in a fair, and conflict-free, manner.

Now, HCMP is helping Cal form the Paper Crane Factory LLC, that helps early stage startups with marketing.
