Mustafa has achieved the IAPP-accredited Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) credential through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). This credential is considered the global standard in privacy certification. The CIPP is the world's first broad-based global privacy and data protection credentialing program developed and launched by the IAPP with leading subject matter experts.

The CIPP/US certification indicates that Mustafa has a solid foundation in U.S. private-sector privacy laws and regulations and a good understanding of the legal requirements for the responsible transfer of sensitive personal data to/from the U.S., the EU, and other jurisdictions.

Mustafa is a member of HCMP's Corporate Practice Team and assists companies with compliance under various privacy and data security rules and regulations. He also works with clients in developing privacy policies and terms and conditions.
