The class plaintiffs alleged a price fixing conspiracy among purchasers of Bristol Bay salmon, seeking compensatory damages of $325 million, and treble damages of $975 million. We have also represented manufacturers of liquid crystal displays in price fixing actions filed in federal and state courts in Washington and California, and won dismissal of all claims against a Canadian manufacturer of cedar products in antitrust class actions filed in federal courts in Washington and New York.
