He offers comprehensive services tailored to these unique transactions, including borrower-side financing negotiations with government agencies and private lenders.

Representative Matters
- Represented a regional healthcare network in connection with purchases, sales, and leasing, including the acquisition of a $135,000,000 healthcare facility.
- Represented local, national, and international developers in connection with purchases and sales of a wide variety of properties, including (but not limited to) mixed-use commercial, industrial, agricultural, vacant, and multi-family properties.
- Represented a community land trust in connection with development, condominium and homeowner association documents, and unique issues related to compliance with federal lending requirements for community land trusts.
- Represented developers in connection with condominium and townhouse development documents. Represented real estate investment firms in connection with joint ventures, purchases, sales, and operational matters.
- Served as real estate counsel for an international client in a tax credit investor’s purchase of equity in the client’s solar energy project in Eastern Washington. Reviewed, revised, and negotiated real estate provisions in the Equity Capital Contribution Agreement and Membership Interest Purchase Agreement.
