Professional Overview
Barry works on behalf of a wide range of clients on business and environmental matters. His practice includes representation of businesses on a variety of issues including their formation, equity and debt financing, contractual and employment relationships, divestitures and acquisitions. His experience as a business lawyer includes both private practice and serving as general counsel for an international telecommunications company.
Barry also practices in the area of environmental law, with an emphasis on facilitating transactions involving the transfer and development of contaminated properties, and providing advice to clients on legal issues throughout the investigation and cleanup process.
Outside of the office, Barry can frequently be seen at crew regattas and cycling around Seattle.
