HCMP senior principal Melody McCutcheon unexpectedly passed away on November 14, 2017.

Over her career, Melody assisted clients with due diligence and entitlements for a broad range of Seattle development projects. She headed the teams for dozens of sites, with a special focus on Downtown, South Lake Union, First Hill, and other growing neighborhoods.
