The proposed Land Use Code Amendments for the Wilburton neighborhood have been published. They are available for review on the City’s Engage Bellevue platform, linked here. The proposed Code language is the City’s first draft, and will be subject to considerable public input. The proposed Code contemplates significant zoning changes, including increases in height and FAR to allow high rise development. There will be opportunities to publicly comment on the proposed Code language over the next several months.
