HCMP lawyer Holly Golden is scheduled to present at the Washington State Bar Association’s (WSBA) annual Environmental and Land Use Section conference, May 5-7. Holly’s presentation, “Street Vacations — The Legal World Meets the Real World,” will cover the legal world of street vacations (state statutes, local codes, and cases), and provide practitioners with tips based on real world examples of vacations.
Holly's practice focuses on land use and environmental law for both private and public entities, with an emphasis on urban land development and permitting. Her service on local boards and commissions, experience navigating complex regulatory systems, and appearances in court and before the Seattle Hearing Examiner on behalf of clients have empowered Holly to develop and execute strategies to successfully assist clients in reaching their goals.
