HCMP continues to expand its Lender Services Team by announcing the arrival of Eve Grobowski. Eve brings extensive experience representing institutional lenders in real estate-secured and asset-secured lending, along with a strong background in residential and commercial real estate transactions. With over twelve years of industry experience, her practice includes commercial lending and commercial leasing.
Before joining HCMP, Eve served as of counsel for a mid-sized firm in northern Virginia. Prior to private practice, Eve served as associate general counsel at for a commercial real estate firm based in Bethesda, Maryland. Her early career includes a judicial internship with the Maryland Circuit Court, and a role as a student attorney in the Community Development Clinic at the University of Baltimore School of Law.
Eve earned her J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law and holds a B.A. in History with a minor in East Asian Studies from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. She is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia and is in the process of obtaining admission in Washington state.
Outside of work, Eve enjoys spending time with her two children, supporting their sports teams, exploring the outdoors, traveling, drawing, and swimming. She is also conversationally fluent in Mandarin.
