HCMP announced the addition of four highly-regarded local attorneys to the firm. The entire public finance firm Gottlieb Fisher, including principals Dan Gottlieb and Irene Fisher, senior attorney Maude Anderson, and the firm's paralegals and assistants, have joined HCMP. Dan, Irene and Maude have decades of experience providing public finance legal services to Washington municipalities and other market participants in the areas of bond counsel, borrower's counsel and underwriter's counsel. And in another lateral move, Andy Rigel, formerly with Lane Powell, has joined HCMP's real estate, land use and environmental group.  Andy is an experienced, senior lawyer whose practice emphasizes governmental compliance and litigation as well as real estate transactions, feasibility analysis and strategic planning, and permits and entitlements.
