Congratulations To Our New Firm Principals

HCMP congratulates Brian Free and Julie Hamilton, who have each been promoted to principal of the firm. Brian focuses on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on representing financial institutions and securities firms. He has also represented clients in a wide range of disputes, including business and real estate disputes. Julie represents financial institutions and private lenders in real estate secured transactions, including documentation and closing of loans, workouts, bankruptcy, and foreclosures.
