All Kinds of Lenders

Our lender clients include large national banks organized as national associations, federally-chartered savings and loan associations, state-chartered savings banks, insurance companies, lending and real estate investment subsidiaries of large corporations, investment funds, pension and retirement funds, groups of private investors, and individuals. Some are closely regulated under federal or state law, while others are subject only to minimal licensing requirements.

Within an organization, we deal with the entire range of departments and employees, including senior management, underwriting committee personnel, loan or relationship managers, loan closers, loan administration personnel, special credits, and accounting personnel. Employees in different positions within an organization obviously have different perspectives on the business and different responsibilities, some of which may conflict. We can often help your employees work more smoothly together, for instance by coordinating the deal-making zeal of a relationship manager and the take-no-risk tendencies of a closer or underwriter.

Our lender clients include names you will recognize, such as KeyBank, HomeStreet Bank, Weyerhaeuser Realty Investors, Washington Federal, Washington Capital, and First Horizon Corporation. We also represent a number of smaller clients that do not have the same level of name recognition. See our firm's representative client list. We are pleased to help them all.
